In order to become a non-domestic (SBEM) Energy Assessor/Certifier, users must pass either the Level 3 or Level 4 IES <VE-SBEM Accreditation> or IES Scotland <VE Accreditation> exam and present the certificate to their chosen Accreditation Scheme. IES has created specific links with the following schemes: CIBSE Certification, ecmk, Elmhurst, Stroma and NHER.
