IES Consulting has a number of qualified BREEAM Assessors on its team who can incorporate the daylighting, thermal comfort and energy consumption outputs from the required modelling and simulation to respond to various BREEAM credits. Our Assessors also support the team by facilitating meetings, collating the necessary information and making the submission.
Alternatively, IES Consulting can also work on a project basis for other BREEAM Assessors that require expert simulation services for the required energy, carbon, thermal and daylight assessments.
