We are currently looking for a part-time administrator to join the Research & Development team in our Dublin/Glasgow office. This role will provide administrative support to the team for a minimum of 10 months.
The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:
There may be other ad hoc tasks as required to support a team of 7 in the finance function.
We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivated, diligent person who is keen to learn and develop new skills and is willing to be flexible to meet the changing demands of our business.
It is essential that candidates have good numeracy and computer literacy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills. It is essential that candidates have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
