May 20, 2014 – Consulting-Specifying Engineer has announced the recipients of its 2014 40 Under 40 award. This award is given to 40 building industry professionals age 40 and younger who stand out in all aspects of their lives. Mark Knipfer of Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) was selected for this year’s list.
Candidates were nominated by a professional colleague or mentor and judged based on commitment to excellence in their academic, professional, personal, and community involvement. “These young professionals are the future of the industry,” said Amara Rozgus, Editor-in-Chief of Consulting-Specifying Engineer. “Now in its seventh year, the competition has increased in exposure, and the caliber of nominees has risen to an even higher level. Each winner truly deserves this recognition.”
