Our structured programme will help you to enhance your knowledge, build on your skills and gain real-world experience alongside some of the brightest minds in our industry. What’s in it for you?

By joining our Internship Programme you'll play a vital role in the climate fight, helping to create a built environment that's resource and energy efficient to eliminate global reliance on fossil fuels while promoting comfort, health and well-being, and fairer access to energy for every citizen in the world.
What do we offer?
- A 3 month, fully paid, structured programme
- Technical training and support on IES software
- Project-based training (for relevant roles) to provide first-hand experience on projects
- Enrollment in our professional development programme for soft skills training
How will you develop?
Growth – The internship will be an opportunity for you to learn, grow and challenge yourself while gaining industry experience. You’ll work with, and be supported by, experienced colleagues along the way. Plus, you’ll have access to IES' professional development programme, which will help you during the internship and in the future.
Networking – You'll work and collaborate with industry specialists, clients and peers building your known connections throughout the building services sector.
