IES Consulting appointed to perform daylight modeling of a new Sainsburys supermarket development in Carlisle. The bespoke electric lighting model utilised IES-Radiance to strategically locate daylight dimming sensors throughout the store and assess ‘Alternative-Design’ lighting and control configurations to optimise the rooflight arrangement and maximise daylight utilisation for offsetting electric lighting loads.
