Extract Hourly Results
Extract 8760 energy results data into a standard CSV format. You can upload to the BEM ToolBox to generate a shareable energy dashboard or use with user-created spreadsheets or other tools.
Extract Hourly Results
While VistaPro is an excellent tool for quickly analyzing simulation results within the VE, it’s often necessary to extract results for analysis and reporting in other software. Extract Hourly Results provides this ability by enabling users to extract full-year simulation results into a standard format that can be easily read by other tools. One of these tools is The BEM ToolBox’s ‘Energy Results Dashboard’ tool which allows for analysis of design vs. reference model results via dynamic plots and sharing with colleagues and clients. Alternatively, build your own spreadsheets or other tools.
To use: Run script for Python Navigator, select .aps file and the .csv file will be created with the same name in the project’s ‘vista’ folder.
Energy units are kWh or kBtu based on the user’s VE preferences.
