We understand that these are unprecedented and overwhelming times for everyone. With restrictions being implemented worldwide we wanted to let you know what we are doing at IES to manage the situation.

Many of you will now be working remotely so we want to reassure you that we’re here to support you. We're taking steps to keep things running as smoothly as possible for you including software licences for remote working, ongoing technical help, free training resources and continued project based support from our Consulting team. Read on to find out more.

We appreciate that these are extremely challenging times so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help, and most importantly of all take care and stay safe.

Licences and Technical Help 

Licences for Remote Working 

If you are unable to access your usual IES license keys from home, we’re happy to provide you with temporary licences to allow you to continue using the software. 

Please contact keys@iesve.com and we will provide guidance on how to access a temporary licence.

Student Access to the VE 

If your University has an account with us for teaching, we can provide temporary licenses directly to students who are unable to gain access to the software. Lecturers or IT Managers should contact keys@iesve.com for further instructions.

Ongoing Help from our Support Team 

We’re doing all we can to make sure business is running as smoothly as possible. Our team will be available to assist you as normal throughout this period. Please visit our Help Centre contact page for more information on how to get in touch.

Online Training Resources

We are offering access to a series of free online training resources to ensure you are supported with continuous IES learning throughout this period.   

Unfortunately, we are unable to host any planned face-to-face courses at the moment however, we will reinstate these as soon as it is safe to do so.

In the mean time, we can provide in-depth online training to address any specific training needs that you may have.

Support from IES Consulting 

Our team are fully open for business as usual. We understand that this may not be the same for everyone, and we’d like to offer our help. Here’s how we can support you.

Global Team

Our global team are fully operational and you can contact us in the usual ways with your project enquiries. Although many of our staff are working remotely this does not impact our ability to deliver results to customers with no loss of quality or speed of delivery.

Meetings

Whilst we will not be attending face to face meetings for the next period of weeks, we can attend meetings by phone or video conference. We are fully equipped with the technology required to continue providing you with the highest level of customer care that you are used to.

If you are struggling with resources to meet your own building analysis projects or need project based support, then please contact us. Our Consultants will be pleased to discuss how we can assist you with your projects.
