We are pleased to be hosting a free World Green Building Week educational session on Wednesday, 27th September in Central London.

In this instalment of our IES Faculty series, Dr Naghman Khan of IES will explore the topic “Understanding Green Building Economics” focusing on capital, lifecycle and environmental lifecycle modelling of buildings. Join us to understand the theory and application of lifecycle modelling in practice with recent case studies, including how you can earn BREEAM credits for your projects and assess the financial risk of energy and environmental factors affecting the performance of your buildings.

We are delighted to be joined by special guest speaker Andrew Thompson, Director at Savills UK Building & Project Consultancy, who will be speaking on the topic “The Savills Flat White Index – The Case for Improving Wellness in Building Design Quality in London”.

We will also be joined by guest speaker Andrew Cooper, Director at EVORA EDGE and an expert on building lifecycle analysis. Andrew will review some of the recent projects he has been involved in to show how IES and IMPACT modelling can be used to determine capital costs, life cycle costs and life cycle analysis.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about recent industry trends with Naghman Khan and network with your peers at the event.
