COVID-19: Support from IES

We understand that these are unprecedented and overwhelming times for everyone. With restrictions being implemented worldwide we wanted to let you know what we are doing at IES to manage the situation. 

To protect the health and wellbeing of all our staff and their families we will all now be working remotely. We understand that this will be the same for many of you, and we want to reassure you that we’re here to support you. If you are unable to access your usual IES License Keys from home, we’re happy to provide you with temporary licences to allow you to continue using the software. 

Please contact keys@iesve.com and we will provide guidance on how to access a temporary licence.

We’re doing all we can to make sure business is running as smoothly as possible. Our team will be available to assist you as normal throughout this period. Please visit our support page for more info on how to get in touch.

We’ll be in touch again soon with access to free training and other resources to help you work as best as possible during these uncertain times.
