We are excited to be supporting UKREiiF 2024, taking place in Leeds City Centre from 21st - 23rd May. 

Supported by a high number of regional combined authorities, local councils and Government departments – as well as the largest developers and investors from across the UK and internationally – this event will gather all the key players, influencers and decision makers within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, whilst connecting and facilitating new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.

Net Zero Carbon Investment Planning – Translating Ambition Into Action

Session overview: Retrofit will play a key role in achieving net-zero carbon targets, but identifying where decarbonisation investments are best placed presents many challenges. In this roundtable session, industry experts will discuss practical approaches to planning successful net-zero transition pathways for assets and portfolios. Exploring net-zero energy auditing, the role of technology and data in mitigating financial and climate risks, and other best practices enabling cost-effective decarbonisation.
