We are excited to be returning to UKREiiF, taking place in Leeds from 20th-22nd May 2025.

Connecting people, places and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive and transformative investment and regeneration, UKREiiF has become the must-attend event for the UK real estate sector. With over 16,000 attendees expected in 2025, the conference is set to bring together influencers and decision makers from both the private and public sectors, including investors, developers, government representatives, occupiers, and contractors, to highlight investment opportunities and facilitate new relationships across the real estate sector.

This session will bring together industry experts to share actionable insights on the tools, technologies, and processes they are implementing, from initial optimisation through to longer-term upgrades, to chart the path to net-zero at both an asset and portfolio level. Providing attendees with practical steps that can be taken to maximise their asset values, while staying ahead of evolving net-zero policies and disclosure requirements.
