A recent report from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has confirmed our worst fears… Climate Change is occurring at a rate that may prove unstoppable. The report stated that last year atmospheric CO2 reached its highest in 800,000 years. We are all aware of the implications of this and we all have a responsibility to protect the earth as much as possible in order for future generations to survive. This is why IES exists. We understand the significant impact that buildings and cities have on the environment.     Using the IESVE for energy modeling, AECOM achieved 30% reduction in energy use over Title 24 and 40% reduction in energy cost over ASHRAE 90.1:2007.

  • JohorLand Tower

    Veritas Environment performed a range of simulation studies using the IESVE to identify a potential 73% reduction in the building's overall energy consumption.

  • Aorangi House

    Beca Engineers used the IESVE to help Aorangi House obtain 50% better base building energy performance than the average New Zealand office building.

  • John Lewis

    Lateral Technologies used the IESVE to help John Lewis achieve 35-40% less carbon and are now using IES-SCAN to identify performance gaps to deliver a soft landing.

  • Walgreens

    Cyclone Energy Group used IES software to help Walgreens build the first U.S. net-zero energy retail store.

  • Place Eleven

    True Energy Solutions used the IESVE to help achieve 70% in end-use regulated energy consumption compared to ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline.
