City Energy App

Project Summary

IES worked with Glasgow City Council to develop an energy app which enables citizens to evaluate the energy efficiency of their dwellings and get recommendations of possible improvements, including retrofit solutions, renewables and other energy conservation measures. The programme has led to savings, additional opportunities, funding and efficiencies amounting to £144m.

IES' Role

IES was involved in the project as the developers of the Glasgow Energy App.
