What does the Model Checking Service include as Standard?

The Standard Service includes over 30 predetermined model checks that will evaluate the risk of errors within a model and will highlight these within a written report.

The range of parameters assessed within the model includes, but is not limited to, those shown. This applies irrespective of the model type and application.

Standard Service Pricing

Pricing, calculated based on the number of zones in your model as shown, covers one single iteration.

Following upload of your model(s), the final price will be confirmed for payment, accounting for any necessary adjustments due to special circumstances.

Is there a more Bespoke Service available?

Bespoke assessments and reporting can be undertaken to address particular needs outside of the Standard Service. IES will provide a project specific written report detailing all pertinent data inputs applied within a model, accompanied by comments concerning their appropriateness within the context of the assessment types(s) being undertaken. Pricing for the bespoke service will be provided upon application.

Annex 71 - Model Validation Experiment

IES Consulting took part in an Empirical Whole Model Validation Twin House Experiment for the IEA-ECB Programme’s Annex 71 project. This was a validation exercise for simulation tools, helping to demonstrate that they are capable of accurate predictions that can be verified against real world measurements.
