Template Project Service
Create a custom version of a particular BREEAM rating tool based on your own experience. Copy your customised evidence requirements and pre filled validation statements to any new projects.
How Does it Work?
- Get in touch with the IES TaP team to request a template of a specific rating tool. We set the template up for you on your account.
- Next, fill in the evidence requirements & validation statements as required on the template. Note: if you have a suitable project to form the basis of the template project we can use this as the basis of your template project.

Please add any new projects using the usual order process and then contact the IES TaP team to request that the appropriate template is applied. Our team will apply the template containing the validation statements and evidence requirements to the new project as requested.
How much does it cost?
- You can have as many templates as you like for free. E.g. one for shell and core, one for fully fitted etc.
- There is a £75 + VAT charge each time you ask for the template to be applied to a project.
Linked Projects Service
Link projects together that are part of the same development so that evidence common to both projects can be uploaded once and associated with all projects concerned in one go.
How much does it cost?
- The cost per project link is £100.00 + VAT. Two projects are required in order to have one project link.
