When I launch iVN it says my licence has expired

If you have an active iVN subscription then you should be able to sign into iVN using your email address (as registered on www.iesve.com). If you have previously been signed in or launch iVN for the first time and the licence shows as expired then you simply need to sign out and back in again for it to refresh.

If this does not work and gives an error or the licence is not available then please contact sales@iesve.com or your account manager at IES so we can check the subscription and update as needed.
