The first thing to do is select the failed task, so in this case the Notional Building, to view the error/reason for the task failing.
In this case the problem is a surface temperature instability due to a Notional Building construction (a lightweight metal clad construction used for the Warehouse activity).
The first suggestion is to reduce the simulation time step. This can be done in Set Building & System Data on the Simulation tab. The default time step is 10 minutes so reduce it to 1 minute and try running the simulation again.
