Error: Maximum Number of materials exceeded 4000

This message tells us that there are extra materials appearing in your project. Here is how to investigate too many materials and resolve.

Go to Apache and then open the Apache Constructions Database (ApCDB)

Now, try selecting Purge unused project constructions on the left and then attempt a simulation. That should remove the extra constructions which are not in use.

Then repeat the process above with Purge unused project materials.
