SBEM Simulation Failed: “An Error Occurred During Analysis”

In L2 2021 SBEM v6.1 has introduced a new rule where if a space has an activity which is assumed to be Unconditioned then this error occurs if a system is assigned to the room.
This rule is specific to SBEM and the only solution we are aware of is to modify the room in question to change the system assigned.

Note: ApacheSim DSM method does not have this restriction.
