On My Licensing Portal the Remove User option is not displayed
When you are signed into the IES My Licensing Portal as an Administrator then users can be deleted from the Subscription on the Product page using the trashcan button "Delete licence for user".
This option is not available for an administrator to delete themself from the system. There should always be an Administrator (either Account Admin or Admin role) on each subscription to allow management of the users who can access the licence so instead you should nominate another Admin on the system and have them sign in and remove any accounts who no longer need access.
Remember the Role Account Administrator is provided so that access to manage licences can be provided without need to use up licences of the Users. We would typically recommend more than one Administrator in case the main contact is ever unavailable for any reason.
