Can I change the speed that people walk at?

The velocity can be changed by editing the populations.ini file. This file is located in the apps folder of your VE installation (usually C:\Program Files\IES\VE xx\apps).

All data regarding the sizes of the occupants and their walking speeds are stored in this file.
