No benefit when using CHP unit

I have set up a CHP unit and it is linked to my Apache System but looking at my results after running the simulation I can't see any results for the CHP unit. What have I done wrong?

The CHP generator is a heat led function, so if the system heating load at any instant in time is less than the "Heat output" multiplied by the "Fraction of rated heat output" NO electricity will be generated or waste heat recovered.

For example; a rated heat output of 100kW and a fraction of rated heat output of 0.5, the minimum heat output from the CHP would be 0.5*100kW = 50kW. When the demand for heat is below this the CHP unit will not be active.
