Heat Recovery Not Affecting CIBSE Loads?

CISBE loads does not allow for heat recovery. This ensures the loads will be worst case scenario regardless of the system being used. Typically users will just allow for heat recovery by post processing their results, but the effect of heat recovery can be forced into the calculation by reducing the ventilation rate in proportion to the amount of heat recovery available. For example, with 80% heat recovery, the ventilation rate in the model could be reduced to 20% of its design value.
