How do I correct a corrupt multiplex?

When I try to run a simulation an error is displayed telling me I have a corrupt and unrepairable multiplex -how do I fix this?

When this message is displayed you should look back at the any Multiplex in the HVAC network you are trying to simulate to check if any data or components are corrupt.

Often you can correct this kind of corruption simply by deleting and redrawing connectors just inside the multiplex boundary and any overlapping the selection bar.

If you cannot resolve this yourself you should contact IES Technical Support for further assistance.
