Error: Apache System ID not found: SYST0000.

Problem
When trying to run an Apache Dynamic Simulation we see the following error message "Error: Apache System ID not found: SYST0000".
Reason
A system is referenced in the model but has been removed from the project database. In this example it is SYST0000 which is the default system added by the VE to every project called Main System.
