Fix ApacheSim Radiance Illuminance File Error
This error is typically caused by spaces being added to an inactive layer. So, please switch the layers back ON in ModelIT, then delete Radiance project files (Tools > Open Project Folder > Radiance) and run the simulation again:
If this happens for the baseline model simulation, first switch to the baseline in ModelIT (View > Model > PRM Baseline), then follow the same steps above:
If this doesn't resolve the issue, try to look for more clues in the Radiance.log file in the failed task folder. First match the failed task from the Task Manager with folders located in the tasks folder located at:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\IES\tasks
Then locate and open the Radiance.log file to look for the source of the error.
