VE Convention for Internal Construction Orientation

Construction layers within Apache construction database are defined from outside to inside.
However, when we deal with internal construction such as internal partition both sides of the construction are inside the building.
MacroFlo profile settings follow simmilar convention when we talk about an internal window and adjacent room conditions.
