When I open the VE it closes a fraction of a second later
VE closes as soon as it's opened
This can be caused by your Antivirus software.
Your antivirus software thinks the apache.exe is trying to set up a website, and blocks this from running.
Simply open your antivirus software and add apache.exe and ve.exe to the exclusions list and you will be able to run the VE.
