Floor U-value on my BRUKL certificate is incorrect.

I've just performed a compliance calculation using VE-SBEM but I have found the floor U-value in the BRUKL certificate is different to what I have assgined. Why is this?

SBEM corrects ground floor U-values if the user hasn't done so already in ApCDB via the Ground-contact U-value adjustment dialog.

This was a major change to the VE in v6.2.0.1 and it was documented in the v6.2.0.1 Release Notes.

Previously there was a model-wide checkbox on Building &System Data to tell SBEM that ground-contact U-values were already corrected to ISO 13370. This defaulted to checked (U-values ARE corrected) in which case SBEM did not apply any correction, and VE users will have become accustomed to this. Now however this has been superseded by construction-specific U-value adjustment functionality in CDB, and this defaults to UNADJUSTED (Note: this is also the default in iSBEM). Thus, SBEM is applying the ISO 13370 correction, and the BRUKL output is valid.
