I cannot see Space Settings window (or other tool windows).

This can happen if you have used a dual monitor set-up and then change back to a single monitor.

We can reset the dialog window positions to default by running IESClean.exe from the apps directory.

By default the apps folder is: C:\Program Files (x86)\IES\VE 64\apps\

If unsure we can find the apps folder using Help >> Troubleshooting

Procedure

  • Close VE
  • Run IESClean.exe (IMPORTANT: do not remove license keys)
  • Start VE
