“Failed to Create Thumbnail” — Meaning and Fixes
This error occurs because the view of the model is in some way inappropriate.
This is almost always a user-generated problem, caused by the following:
1. eye position is wrong e.g. inside the wall or component (thus no light reaches the eye).
2. inside a zone with no windows (openings) and no lights.
3. simulation parameters are such that insufficient light reaches the eye.
