Symmetric Dividing Tee K Factor Appears Incorrect

I have a symmetric dividing tee in my network. When I lookup table 4.47 from the current CIBSE Guide C, the ratio of velocities (C1/Cc) should be 0.63/1.18 = 0.53, which would mean a K factor of 1.38 instead of 7. To get a K factor of 7, the velocity ratio would have to be inverted (Cc/C1) = 2. Any ideas?

Symmetric dividing tees were being treated as symmetric COMBINING tees because of a missing line in the program.

This is now fixed and it will go into the next service pack or into version 5.3.
