I'm a bit concerned with the amount and location of rooflights in the Part L2 2006 notional building. ADL2 2002 limits rooflights due to solar gains to 12% of roof area AND only if that one orientation for which I take it to mean that areas with rooflights should not be within 6m of the building perimeter. Your model appears to put in a larger area % AND puts the rooflights within 6m of glazed perimeters. The only justification for this would be if you were carrying out iterative calcs based on paragraph 1.23 (adl2 2002) to check that the glazing did not lead to excessive gains in the space and adjusting glazing areas accordingly, but I don't think you are doing that?
The glazing rules for the notional building are simpler in Part L2 (2006) than in Part L (2002). The notional building has a fixed rooflight percentage of 20%. This should be what appears in the notional model. The old 'Table 4' rules no longer apply.
