When activating a license I get an error 101: There was a problem with the data submitted

This error can appear when you are trying to activate a code which is not on our system.

If you have been sent a new activation code from our sales team then remember it can take up to one hour before the code is ready to be used.

Make sure you have copied the code in correctly to the License Request form and that there are no white spaces at start or end of the code.
Choose Action: Activate License/Refresh
Click send request

If the error persists and you can not use a valid Activation Code then please send the code and details of the error you are facing to keys@iesve.com so we may assist further.
