Free Trial Activation Error 101 — Invalid Code

This error can appear when you are trying to request a free trial for IESVE.

Commonly it appears when an invalid activation code has been entered and the Action: Request Free Trial or Activate Free Trial has been selected

Follow this guidance depending on want you wish to do:

 

Request Free Trial

To request a free trial ensure that you have completed the form and that nothing is entered in the Activation Code field.
Choose Action: Request Free Trial and click Send Request and your trial request will be sent to our team.
If it is automatically approved you will be sent an Activation Code or it will be deferred to be checked manually (can take up to 1 business day)

 

Activate Free Trial

If you have had a trial request approved already then you will have been sent an activation code that starts TRY....
Paste the activation code into the Request License keys form
Choose Action: Activate Free Trial and then click send request
The software will check the code you have submitted and then if valid will show a confirmation and generate the trial on your machine

 

Activate paid for License (student or commercial)

If you have an activation code that was sent by our sales team or a student code (of format STUD...) that you wish to activate then complete the form and paste your code in.
Choose Action: Activate Licence/Refresh and click send request
The software will check the code you have submitted and then if valid will show a confirmation and generate the license keys on your machine
