How Do I Update My IESVE License Keys? | VE Support

When your IESVE license keys are about to expire VE will give some notifications a few days in advance, then after they have expired the software will no longer give access to the applications you have purchased.

If this occurs you can connect to our license server to check if there is an update and download it to your local keys file by running the Refresh:

Help menu >> Request License Keys
The form should have your details and your Activation Code
Choose Action: refresh
Click Send Request

 

If there is an active license for your account on our server then the request will be approved and latest license will be activated on your machine. You can check the updated end dates via Help >> Troubleshooting >> Decrypt Keys button which will list all of your licenses and the end dates when they are set to expire.

 

If the license is already expired then an error will be returned showing an invalid number of products and no updated license will be generated on your machine. If this happens or have you have any concern over the license end dates then please send your Activation Code, latest correspondence with our Sales Team (preferably the invoice) and details of the error to keys@iesve.com so we can resolve this for you
