Infiltration rate for NECB 2017 compliance purposes

The infiltration rate for NECB2017 compliance is set and locked by NRCan (Natural Resources Canada) to the value of 0.25 L/s.m2 fac independently of the wind pressure for both the proposed and the reference buildings according to Section 8.4.3.3. Building Envelope Components.
