There is no option for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) in the NCM System Wizard?
The VRF option was removed by the BRE. Their official guidelines are as follows:
In iSBEM version v2.0.b, changes have been made to the HVAC system options. VRF systems have been removed and for these systems users should now select split or multisplit system with natural ventilation - you will need to define a suitable efficiency. This change was made in order to simplify the HVAC options by removing ventilation from HVAC systems where the ventilation is not an integral part of the system heating/cooling strategy. Multisplit is suitable for use with VRF as it is essentially a type of split/multisplit system. If these systems have additional mechanical ventilation, then this mechanical ventilation rate should now be selected at zone level with a suitable ventilation SFP.
