When Can I Change the fuel for the Notional Building?
NCM HVAC systems for the notional building are un-editable apart from one variable - fuel type - on what occasion would I change the fuel type for the Notional Building?
When the Actual Building uses 'Electricity' as the fuel type it is assumed that there is no gas supply to the site - in this case you would allocate 'Oil' to all NCM Notional Systems in use.
For 2010 regulations Notional fuel is automatically set by VE based on the NCM Modelling Guide definition.
