Can I edit a prototype system or a multiplex frame?

Yes, if you double-click anywhere on the multiplex green area (but not the header), handles will show up, then you can drag any one based on how you want to edit it. If the multiplex is inside a prototype system (grey) frame this will edit the system frame as well. Editing the multiplex frame back, will not change the system frame size.
