Unbalanced Flow: In-Flow and Out-Flow must balance.
When you import the boundary conditions there are two variables you should reduce:
1) Minimum opening dimension.
2) Minimum opening flow.
As there may be openings being ignored because they are too small.
Also you must join the zones together into a multizone CFD model in Microflo's model mode before importing the boundary conditions. If you import and then join zones the boundary conditions set up will be incorrect.
