What Are Uniformity & Diversity in RadianceIES Images?
Uniformity is the ratio between the minimum lux and the average lux.
Diversity is the ratio between the minimum lux and the maximum lux.
These are calculated by the "Statistics" menu option for illuminance images:

It is best to use the Area of Interest (AOI) for both illuminance Plan images (particularly where the image is not tight to the boundary of the zone), and illuminance WP Zone images.
When the AOI is defined, the uniformity and diversity are shown for both the full image and the AOI area:

Note the difference between these values for the full image and AOI.
If the minimum lux is zero, the ratio cannot be calculated and "X" is output as the value.
