What is the Criterion 3 Benchmark Data for DSM Software?

The three Criterion 3 Benchmark Models outlined in the “NCM Modelling Guide (for buildings other than dwellings in England and Wales) 2010 Edition” were created and analysed using <Virtual Environment> 6.2. The aggregated solar gains were extracted and are used to form the Benchmark Solar Gain levels within a DSM Criterion 3 analysis. Details of the three Benchmark cases for each of the CIBSE Locations can be found in the related PDF.
