Why does the Model freeze on rebuild?
When a rebuild pauses at any room this could indicate a problem with the geometry within that space.
To resolve:
1. Take a note of the room number.
2. Wait until the rebuild finishes (or kill ve.exe process with Task Manager if taking too long).
3. Enter that room and investigate each surface to see if there are any problems.
An example of the type of problem could be that there may be many, many openings that have been added during a rebuild problem - these would have to be deleted.
If there are no obvious problems deleting the room and redrawing it can often fix the issue but if this causes any further problems e.g. when running analysis on the model please archive it and send to Technical Support so we may investigate further.
