Why is Apache stopping with 'Error 322'?

This error message is saying the program can't create a temporary file. This suggests that the temporary file directory is full. Emptying it may cure the problem.

Another solution might be to change the temporary file directory. To do this you need to set the environment variables TEMP and TMP. You can do this in Control Panel->System->Advanced->Environment Variables(this applies to Windows 2000 &Windows XP; for other operating systems it shouldn't be hard to find the corresponding place).
Just set TEMP and TMP to the directory where you want the files to go.
You'll need to exit the IES software while you do this.
