Why Only NOS5 Qualification Shows for ApacheSim EPC
This was changed because only level 5 energy assessors should be using a dynamic simulation method (DSM) tool (ApacheSim).
If the building is too big to run through VE-SBEM and the assessor is not accredited to level 5 then we would advise they simplify the models geometry to try and reduce the number of zones/rooms, see the related FAQ for suggestions on how to do this.
