Why is solar shading analysis starting after simulating the actual building?

When the Actual Building uses a Solar shading file as calculated in Suncast then the Notional Building must also take account of Topographical and Adjacent Building shading. The SunCast calculation for the Notional Building is performed after the Actual Building simulation has completed.
