Learn how to perform UK building regulations compliance checks and to generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Setting construction properties relevant to Part L2.
- Selecting and editing NCM HVAC systems.
- Setting NCM building type and NCM activity.
- Applying data to the building model and making custom edits if required.
- Performing Part L2 2021 and Section 6 compliance checks via the DSM method, and reviewing the BRUKL and Section 6 compliance documents and results.
- Creating EPCs via the DSM method.
- Performing Part L2 2021 and Section 6 compliance checks via the SBEM method.
- Creating EPCs via the SBEM method.
Requirements: Attendees must first have had training in (or be competent in) ApacheSim.
